Sabrinah is a New York City based hospitality professional with more than a decade of experience in private dining and luxury events. Sabrinah began cultivating her love for travel and food & beverage at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, where she earned her hospitality degree.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Sabrinah was recruited to New York to join Major Food Group’s opening team for their ambitious new concepts in the landmarked Seagram Building in Midtown Manhattan: The Grill, The Pool, and The Lobster Club. At Major Food Group, Sabrinah coordinated a variety of events, from high profile celebrity birthdays to intimate wine dinners. Her role expanded to selling and producing events for ten of their brands, including iconic downtown properties such as the Michelin-starred Carbone and the bustling SoHo brunch restaurant, Sadelle’s.
Sabrinah took her talents to Manhattan’s first production brewery and restaurant, Torch & Crown, where she built their private dining program from the ground up. As Director of Events, Sabrinah’s responsibilities included crafting and pricing their event offerings, maximizing the potential of their impressive 10,000 square-foot space.
In 2021, Sabrinah joined Chef Daniel Boulud at Le Pavillon, his newest restaurant located within One Vanderbilt. Sabrinah led the team to achieve almost 2x their sales goal in her first year by incorporating best practices for lead generation, revenue management, and workflow processes, all tailored to the specific needs of their Michelin-starred operation.
This broad-ranging set of experiences culminated in 2024 with the founding of SPK Event Consulting. Sabrinah will be providing customized private dining support to restaurants and venues in New York City and across the US – bringing her wealth of experience from casual to fine dining, from small scale to large scale productions.
